How long will a clean take?

It depends on how dirty your carpets, upholstery and hard floors are. We like to be able to offer you the best advice, explain the process and any issues before we commence cleaning. 

There are quite a few stains, can you definitely get them out?

The products we use are multi-award winning leaders in their field. We don't have a magic wand; however, we will do our utmost and are confident that if we can’t make them disappear, nobody can.

What's the drying time?

When we say zero dry time - we actually mean zero drying time! You can use carpets and hard floors as soon as we’re finished.

What about moving furniture?

We ask where possible for the floorspace to be as clear as possible. The TV to be removed or fully unplugged if you require underneath to be cleaned. We will move what furniture we are physically able to.

You will never need to...

Keep children, pets or husbands out of the room after cleaning! You won’t need to leave windows open or put the heating on to speed up the drying time.
